A display refrigerator keeps chilled products visible to customers while maintaining safe storage temperatures. It circulates cold air from a compressor-driven cooling system through vents inside the cabinet. The air absorbs heat from the products and returns to the evaporator coil, where the refrigerant removes the heat and expels it outside. This continuous cycle keeps the interior evenly cooled, preventing warm spots that could spoil food or drinks. The glass doors allow customers to see the products without opening the unit, reducing cold loss and energy use.

The operator loads the shelves with bottles, cartons or packaged goods, then sets the desired temperature on the external digital control. The refrigerator starts automatically, and the LED lights switch on to illuminate the contents. The doors close by themselves after each opening, and the locks secure the unit when the shop is closed. The castors allow the refrigerator to be moved for cleaning or reorganisation without lifting.

The cabinet is finished in black, with two full-height glass doors. Inside, eight wire shelves adjust to different heights, each measuring 605 by 552 mm. Two vertical LED strips run down the front of the interior, casting even light across the shelves. The cooling system uses the refrigerant R600a, which circulates through a ventilated evaporator to distribute cold air throughout the 917-litre volume.

The electronic control panel sits outside the refrigerated space, displaying the current temperature and allowing precise adjustment between 0 and 10 °C. The voltage requirement of 220–240 V at 50 Hz matches the standard single-phase supply in British commercial kitchens and shops. The 158 kg weight reflects the sturdy construction and the castors fitted for mobility. The footprint of 1330 by 720 mm determines the floor space the unit occupies, while the 2025 mm height allows it to fit under standard worktop extractor hoods or shop ceilings.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior and shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent condensation. The exterior surfaces and glass doors are cleaned the same way, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the finish. The castors should be checked periodically for debris that could impede movement, and the door seals inspected for wear that might let warm air enter.

The model SD 1326 BE is supplied in black. The side panels accept custom graphics for branding or promotional use.
