A refrigerated display case keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe storage temperatures. The unit circulates cold air through a ventilated cooling system, drawing heat away from food and circulating it evenly across every shelf. This method prevents warm spots and ensures consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet, preserving freshness without freezing delicate items like pastries or salads.

The operator loads products onto the five adjustable shelves, each sized to hold standard trays or loose items. The external digital display is set to the desired temperature between 0 °C and 12 °C, and the system maintains that level automatically. Two vertical LED strips illuminate the interior, casting even light across every shelf and making colours appear vivid through the double-glazed glass sides. The case is plugged into a standard 220–240 V supply and left running continuously, with the lockable door securing stock overnight.

The cabinet is constructed from black-finished panels and double-glazed glass on all four sides, allowing customers to view products from any angle. Five wire shelves, each 410 mm wide and 370 mm deep, can be repositioned or removed to accommodate taller items. Four adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and the lockable door secures stock when the shop is closed.

The controls consist of an electronic panel with an external digital display. The display shows the current temperature and allows the operator to set the target between 0 °C and 12 °C. The ventilated cooling system runs continuously, circulating air to maintain the set temperature without manual intervention.

A 235 L volume provides space for approximately fifty standard loaf tins or a full day's stock of sandwiches and salads. The 3.74 kWh daily energy consumption reflects continuous operation on a standard domestic circuit, while the 89 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely. The 515 mm width and 485 mm depth fit against most shop counters, leaving 1895 mm height for vertical display without obstructing customer sightlines.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a mild detergent and removing the wire shelves to wash them in warm water. The ventilated cooling system requires occasional vacuuming of the rear grille to maintain airflow, and the LED strips are wiped down to keep illumination bright.
