This method prevents warm spots and keeps every shelf at the same temperature, so pastries, sandwiches or drinks stay fresh without freezing. The evaporator coil uses the refrigerant R600a, which absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the coil and releases it outside the cabinet, completing a continuous cycle that keeps the interior cool. To use the case, slide the glass doors open and load products onto the two adjustable wire shelves. Set the desired temperature between 0 °C and 10 °C on the external digital display; the electronic control maintains that level automatically. Two vertical LED strips illuminate the shelves, highlighting colours and textures to attract customers. When the doors are closed, the ventilated cooling system restores the set temperature quickly, ready for the next opening. The cabinet is built with a black frame and clear glass sides, giving a modern look that suits countertop or worktop placement. The two shelves measure 645 mm by 323 mm and can be repositioned or removed to fit taller items.
