Universal dishwasher 500x500 with rinse-aid and detergent dispenser
A professional dishwasher that sanitises while it cleans, designed for rapid turnaround in busy kitchens. The Power Digital model uses a pressurised spray system to direct hot water through two pairs of rotating arms, top and bottom. This dual-action coverage ensures every surface of plates, trays and cutlery is reached, removing food residue and killing bacteria with consistent heat and detergent.
Operation begins by loading the 500 × 500 mm basket with GN 1/1 trays, plates or glassware, using the three supplied racks to organise each type. The operator selects one of three cycle times—90, 120 or 180 seconds—via the electronic control panel. Once started, the machine fills with water, heats it to the required temperature, and activates the spray arms. The boiler and chamber temperatures are displayed throughout, allowing staff to monitor progress without opening the door. At the end of the cycle the machine drains, ready for the next load.
Built from stainless steel, the unit includes a surface filter to trap debris and a built-in detergent and rinse-aid dispenser. The 6.4 kW power rating reflects the heating element and pump load, requiring a 400 V three-phase supply typical of commercial kitchens. The footprint of 565 × 685 mm fits beneath most worktops, while the 835 mm height accommodates dishes up to 320 mm tall. A water purifier is recommended to prevent limescale build-up in the boiler and spray nozzles.
Cleaning involves emptying the surface filter after each service, wiping the interior with a damp cloth, and periodically checking the spray arms for blockages. The electronic controls allow simple adjustment of cycle length, making the machine adaptable to different loads and kitchen demands.
