Universal dishwasher with rinse-aid, detergent dispenser, drain pump and rinse boosting pump
A professional dishwasher that sanitises crockery, glassware and GN 1/1 trays in 120 or 180 seconds by circulating hot water through twin pairs of rotating arms. The rinse booster raises the final rinse temperature to eliminate bacteria, while the built-in drainage pump removes wastewater without manual intervention.
The machine draws cold water, heats it rapidly in an internal boiler, then sprays it through upper and lower arms. Detergent and rinse aid are metered automatically from separate dispensers. After the set time, the pump evacuates the chamber and a sound signal confirms the load is ready. Two temperature displays—one for the boiler, one for the chamber—allow the operator to monitor the process without opening the door.
Load the 500 × 500 mm basket with plates, glasses or cutlery using the three supplied racks: a plate rack, a universal rack and a combined glassware-and-cutlery container. The maximum dish height of 320 mm accommodates standard gastronorm trays and tall glassware. A surface filter catches food debris, and an optional water purifier can be fitted to prevent limescale build-up.
The dishwasher is constructed from stainless steel and controlled electromechanically. Two power settings—4.9 kW and 3.4 kW—allow it to run on either a 400 V three-phase circuit or a 230 V single-phase supply, matching the electrical layout of most professional kitchens. The footprint of 565 × 685 mm fits beneath a standard worktop, while the 835 mm height leaves clearance for overhead cupboards.
Water consumption is 2.5 litres per cycle, reducing both water and energy use. After each service, remove the surface filter, rinse it under a tap and replace it. Periodic descaling with a food-safe agent keeps the boiler and arms free of scale, ensuring consistent sanitisation temperatures.
