Basket 400 x 400 mm
A dedicated glassware dishwasher designed for bars, cafés and small catering operations that need spotless, sanitised glasses and cutlery in under three minutes. The unit uses a high-temperature wash and rinse cycle to dissolve residues and kill bacteria, then drains the chamber automatically with an integrated pump so the next load can be loaded without delay.
Hot water is sprayed from three rotating arms—two at the bottom for washing and rinsing, one at the top for a final rinse—ensuring every surface is covered. The cycle time can be set to 120 or 180 seconds, allowing the operator to balance speed against water and energy use. A built-in boiler maintains the temperature, and separate displays show the boiler and chamber temperatures so the operator can verify the sanitisation process is running correctly.
The dishwasher is loaded through a front door. A universal glassware rack and a cutlery container are supplied, both sized to fit the 400 × 400 mm basket. The maximum item height is 300 mm, so tall glasses, small plates and cutlery can be washed together. An electro-mechanical control panel lets the operator select the cycle duration and start the programme without digital menus.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, including the wash chamber and boiler. The 2.77 kW power rating indicates the load it places on a single-phase 230 V circuit, which is typical for a small commercial dishwasher. The footprint of 465 × 565 mm fits under most worktops, while the 720 mm height allows it to be positioned beneath standard overhead cupboards. A water purifier is recommended to prevent limescale build-up in the boiler and spray arms.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior after each service, removing and rinsing the spray arms weekly, and descaling the boiler monthly if a water purifier is not installed. The drainage pump requires no routine maintenance beyond ensuring the outlet hose remains clear.
This model is part of the Stalgast glassware dishwasher range, with basket sizes of 350 × 350 mm and 400 × 400 mm available. It is categorised under professional dishwashers for glass and small tableware.
