A plate dispenser keeps stacks of clean crockery at counter height, ready for service without bending or reaching. The unit uses gravity to lower each plate as the one above is removed, so the next is always at the same level. This eliminates the need to restack during service and keeps the worktop clear for plating or garnishing. The dispenser's adjustable feet allow it to sit flush against uneven floors or existing counters, while a plinth can conceal the legs for a seamless look.

To use the ROCAM OMNIA PLC N28, the operator loads a stack of plates through the top opening, ensuring they are aligned and free of debris. The plastic lid is then closed to protect the stack from dust and splashes. As plates are taken from the front, the remaining stack descends smoothly, maintaining a consistent height. The dispenser accommodates dishes with diameters from 27 to 33 cm, making it suitable for standard dinner plates, pasta bowls or shallow platters.

The frame is constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, while the side panels are available in laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated steel or over-panelled laminated wood. The adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and a plinth can be added to hide the legs for a built-in appearance. The dispenser's footprint of 494 by 747 mm fits neatly into most worktop runs or can stand alone as a freestanding module.

Optional accessories expand the dispenser's role in the kitchen. Foldable dish holders, tiltable countersinks and tray slides can be added to either the front or rear, converting the unit into a self-service station or buffet sideboard. These additions are available in laminated wood or stainless steel, with some variants including reinforced folding shelves. A 45° cut option allows the dispenser to integrate with adjacent equipment, while custom adhesive stickers enable branding or wayfinding.

The dispenser's height of 910 mm places the top of the stack at a comfortable working level, reducing strain on staff. The weight of the unit ensures stability, while the modular design allows it to be repositioned as kitchen layouts evolve. Cleaning is straightforward: the plastic lid lifts off for access, and the stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser. The laminated or powder-coated panels require only a damp cloth to remove fingerprints or spills.
