A cutlery, tray, glasses and bread module brings together the smallwares a busy kitchen uses every service. Instead of scattered cupboards and shelves, the unit consolidates storage for cutlery, serving trays, glassware and bread baskets in one footprint. This keeps the worktop clear and the items within arm's reach of the plating or beverage station. The module stands on adjustable feet or castors, allowing it to sit level on uneven floors or to be rolled into position for deep cleaning. Shelves inside are spaced to hold standard gastronorm trays, while the top surface doubles as an extra work area for plating or garnishing. Glasses sit on racks that prevent contact between rims, and bread baskets are stored on slatted shelves that allow air to circulate and keep loaves fresh. To use the module, the operator loads each section according to the kitchen's mise en place. Cutlery is placed in divided inserts, trays are slid onto the shelves, glasses are hung or stacked on the racks, and bread baskets are set on the slatted shelves. The unit is then positioned next to the plating line or beverage station, where staff can retrieve items without leaving the workflow. When service ends, the module is emptied, wiped down, and restocked for the next shift. Construction is in stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture and cleaning chemicals. The frame is welded for stability, and the shelves are removable for thorough cleaning. Adjustable feet or castors are fitted to the base, allowing the unit to be levelled or moved as needed. The module measures 580 mm wide, 530 mm deep and 1635 mm high, giving it a compact footprint that fits between worktops or against a wall. The packing size of 120 x 80 x 160 cm allows it to be delivered through standard doorways and stored flat until assembly. The smooth polypropylene surfaces let water sheet away, so cutlery, trays and glasses dry without streaks or water spots. Stainless steel surfaces are wiped with a damp cloth and a mild detergent after each service. Shelves and racks are removed and washed separately, and the interior is dried to prevent water spots on glassware. The adjustable feet or castors are checked periodically to ensure the unit remains stable. The ROCAM OMNIA PP-TRP is a single module designed for cutlery, trays, glasses and bread storage in professional kitchens.
