A plate dispenser keeps stacks of clean dishes at the right height so staff can lift them one at a time without bending or stretching. The OMNIA PLC N18 uses a spring-loaded platform inside a stainless-steel frame. As plates are removed, the platform rises automatically, bringing the next plate to the same level. This constant height saves time and reduces strain on the back and arms, especially during busy service periods.

To load the dispenser, the operator lifts the clear plastic lid, places a stack of plates on the platform, then closes the lid. The spring tension is factory-set for plates between 19 cm and 26 cm in diameter and 60 cm in height per stack. Once loaded, the unit keeps the top plate at a fixed level until the stack is empty. Adjustable feet allow the dispenser to sit level on uneven floors; a plinth can be added to hide the feet if a seamless look is preferred.

The main structure is stainless steel for hygiene and durability. The side panels come in four finishes: standard laminated wood, over-panelled laminated wood, stainless steel, or powder-coated steel. Each finish is available in a wide range of colours, letting the unit match the kitchen's colour scheme or brand identity. Optional accessories extend the dispenser's function: foldable dish holders, tiltable worktops, tray slides, and sideboards can be added to create a self-service island or buffet station.

Controls are minimal: the spring mechanism requires no power or settings. The only user adjustment is the feet, which are turned by hand to level the unit. The clear plastic lid protects the plates from dust and grease splashes while allowing staff to see the stack level at a glance.

The 494 mm width, 747 mm depth and 910 mm height give the dispenser a compact footprint that fits between worktops or against a wall. The stainless-steel frame and powder-coated or laminated panels are wiped clean with a damp cloth; the plastic lid can be removed for deeper cleaning. Optional accessories such as tray slides and sideboards are also removable for thorough upkeep.
