600x400x100 mm
Min.order-5 pc.
A dough container holds bulk dough through proofing, chilling or freezing without drying or absorbing odours. The sealed lid traps moisture and the smooth walls let dough rise evenly, while the rigid walls prevent collapse when stacked. Side grips allow one-handed lifting and sliding on worktops or into refrigerators and retarders.
Load the container with dough up to the 18 L mark, snap the lid closed, and write the batch details directly on the front panel with a Horeca Marker pen. The container travels from mixer to retarder, proofing cabinet or blast chiller, and then to the worktop for portioning. After use, remove the lid and lift the dough out in one piece.
The container is 600 mm long, 400 mm wide and 100 mm high, matching standard gastronorm trays and racking. Side grips are moulded into the walls for a secure hold when carrying or sliding. The write-on surface accepts dry-erase or permanent marker for batch identification.
An 18 L capacity holds enough dough for a full service of rolls, buns or small loaves. The 600x400 mm footprint fits standard gastronorm shelving and racking, while the 100 mm height keeps the centre of gravity low for safe stacking. The temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C allows storage in freezers, retarders, proofing cabinets and ambient conditions without warping or cracking.
Cleaning is done by hand or in a commercial dishwasher. Remove the lid, rinse off dough residue, and wash with detergent. The smooth walls and rounded corners prevent dough from sticking, so scrubbing is rarely needed. Dry the container before stacking to avoid trapping moisture between units.
