intended for dispensing sauces, creams, liquid chocolate
A dispensing gun applies steady pressure to a viscous liquid, forcing it through a narrow tip in a controlled stream. The operator squeezes the trigger, and the piston inside the cylinder pushes the sauce, cream or melted chocolate out without dripping or splashing. This method gives consistent lines and patterns on plates, pastries or desserts, replacing hand piping with a faster, more uniform result.
To use the gun, the operator fills the cylinder with the prepared liquid, selects the tip that matches the desired line thickness, and secures it to the front. The trigger is squeezed gently, releasing the liquid in a smooth flow. The three included tips—4.5 mm, 5 mm and 6.5 mm—allow quick changes between fine details and broader strokes without stopping to refill or switch tools. The gun is held vertically or at a slight angle, and the operator moves it steadily across the surface to create even lines, dots or swirls.
The cylinder and piston are made of food-safe plastic, while the tips are stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The body is designed to be held in one hand, leaving the other free to steady the plate or adjust the angle. The dimensions of 200 mm in diameter and 270 mm in height keep the unit compact enough to store on a worktop or in a drawer between uses.
Cleaning follows the materials: the cylinder and piston are rinsed with warm water immediately after use to prevent residue hardening. The stainless steel tips are removed and washed separately, then dried to avoid water spots. The plastic parts are not dishwasher-safe, so hand washing preserves their finish and prevents warping.
The gun is classified as a decorating tool for confectionery and plated dishes, fitting alongside piping bags and squeeze bottles in the kitchen catalogue.
