peristaltic pump for dishwashers
A peristaltic pump moves rinse aid through a flexible tube by squeezing it with rollers, creating a steady, measured flow without the liquid ever touching the pump mechanism. This method prevents contamination, eliminates drips when the machine stops and avoids clogs that can interrupt dosing during a busy service.
The operator connects the inlet tube to the rinse aid container and the outlet tube to the dishwasher's dosing port. Once the dishwasher programme calls for rinse aid, the pump activates, rollers compress the tube in sequence and the liquid is pushed forward in precise pulses. The pump stops automatically when the cycle ends, leaving no residue in the lines.
Construction is a sealed motor driving a rotor fitted with rollers. The tube is the only part in contact with the rinse aid, so maintenance is limited to occasional tube replacement when wear is visible.
This pump is designed as a direct replacement for rinse aid dosing systems in commercial dishwashers where peristaltic delivery is specified.
