A neutral confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts visible without altering their temperature. The RAFAELLO NE model from JUKA uses forced cooling to circulate air gently around the display cavity, maintaining a steady ambient climate that neither chills nor warms the items. This airflow prevents condensation on the glass and keeps the presentation crisp for hours, making it suitable for ambient-temperature treats that would suffer in a refrigerated or heated unit.

The operator loads the showcase by sliding open the double-glazed rear doors. Adjustable glass shelves are positioned to suit the height of each product, and the LED lighting—mounted above the cavity—illuminates the display evenly without generating heat. The front glass is secured by a continuous string, allowing safe access for cleaning while preventing accidental removal. Once loaded, the unit requires no further setting; the forced-air system runs continuously to maintain the neutral environment.

Construction combines a powder-coated steel frame with a wooden casing for rigidity and insulation. Side and front panels are double-glazed with black and silver serigraphy that frames the display and reduces glare. The glass top provides an unobstructed view from above, and the black finishes give a professional, understated appearance.

Controls are minimal: the forced-cooling fan operates automatically, and the LED lighting can be switched on or off as needed. The neutral version has no temperature adjustment, ensuring the showcase remains at room temperature throughout service.

The 950 mm width provides a generous display footprint, accommodating multiple rows of pastries or a single large centrepiece. At 210 kg, the unit is stable on the floor and designed to be moved only during installation or deep cleaning. The double-glazed construction improves thermal efficiency, reducing the load on the forced-air system and keeping running costs low.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior with a damp cloth, while the exterior powder-coated surfaces can be dusted or wiped down. The wooden casing should be kept dry to prevent warping, and the serigraphed glass panels require only a glass cleaner to maintain clarity.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled desserts, hot (GR) for baked items, and neutral (NE) for ambient-temperature confectionery. The NE model described here is fitted with LED lighting; the hot version omits the lighting to avoid additional heat within the cavity.
