Confectionery showcase 650 mm Neutral
A neutral-temperature display case keeps delicate confections at room conditions while protecting them from dust and handling. The unit circulates filtered air across the shelves, maintaining even airflow without refrigeration or heating. This method preserves the texture of pastries, chocolates and decorated cakes that would suffer from chilling or drying out under heat lamps.
The operator loads the adjustable glass shelves from the rear through sliding double-glazed doors. Each shelf can be raised or lowered to fit tall layer cakes or shallow trays of petits fours. The front glass panel is secured by a continuous string, allowing quick access for restocking or cleaning. LED lighting inside the canopy highlights the products without adding heat, so colours and finishes remain true.
Construction combines a powder-coated steel frame with a wooden casing for a refined appearance. Double-glazed side and front panels carry a black-and-silver serigraphy that frames the display area. A glass top provides an unobstructed view from above, while forced cooling keeps the interior air moving to prevent condensation on the glass surfaces.
Controls are minimal: a thermostat maintains the neutral zone between ambient and refrigerated temperatures. The unit plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, drawing a modest load suitable for most worktop installations.
The 650 mm width fits neatly into a standard worktop run, while the 130 kg weight ensures stability without anchoring. The footprint of 650 × 860 mm leaves ample aisle space in front for customers and staff.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth; the wooden casing requires occasional polishing. The front glass panel can be removed for thorough cleaning by releasing the securing string.
Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled desserts, hot (GR) for baked goods, and neutral (NE) for ambient display. This page describes the neutral (NE) model with LED lighting.
