Confectionery showcase 1300 mm Neutral
A neutral confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at room temperature while protecting them from dust and handling. The unit relies on forced-air circulation to maintain an even climate around the display area, preventing condensation and preserving texture without refrigeration or heating.
The operator loads the shelves from the rear through sliding double-glazed doors, arranging items so they face customers through the large curved front glass. Adjustable glass shelves allow the height to be set for tall éclairs or low trays of petits fours. LED lighting inside the canopy highlights the colours and gloss of the confectionery, drawing attention without adding heat. The front glass is held by a discreet string system that keeps it secure while allowing quick cleaning.
The body is built from powder-coated steel for strength and corrosion resistance, clad in a wooden casing that gives a warm, bakery-style appearance. Double-glazed side and front panels with black-and-silver serigraphy reduce glare and fingerprints. A glass top protects the display while letting light through, and the entire unit stands on adjustable feet to level it on uneven floors.
Controls are minimal: a thermostat maintains the neutral climate, and the LED lighting is switched on or off as needed. The 1300 mm width provides a generous display area for a full range of confectionery, while the 280 kg weight ensures stability without anchoring. The footprint of 1300 mm by 860 mm fits standard worktop depths and allows placement against a wall or island.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth, removing shelves to wash them separately, and dusting the wooden casing. The forced-air vents should be kept clear of obstructions to maintain even airflow. The sliding rear doors and hinged front glass allow easy access for thorough cleaning.
Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled desserts, hot (GR) for baked goods, and neutral (NE) for ambient display. This is the neutral model, identified by the NE suffix in the article number.
