Confectionery showcase Lumina Neutral 980 mm
A neutral-temperature display case keeps delicate confectionery visible without altering its texture or appearance. The Lumina NE uses no refrigeration; ambient air circulates freely around the glass shelves, maintaining the shop's room temperature while protecting the goods from dust and handling. This method suits cakes, pastries and decorated items that must stay at room temperature for best presentation and mouth-feel.
The operator loads the adjustable glass shelves from the rear or side, arranging each item so it faces the customer. The stainless-steel surface beneath the shelves provides a clean, reflective base that enhances the display. Once loaded, the case remains on continuously, requiring no temperature setting or defrost cycle. Staff monitor the goods throughout service, replenishing or rotating stock as needed.
The unit is built on a stainless-steel frame with a chipboard casing. Four adjustable glass shelves allow the operator to vary shelf spacing for different product heights. The entire front and sides are glazed, giving a clear view of the contents from all angles.
No controls are fitted; the showcase simply maintains the ambient temperature of the room.
The 980 mm width provides a generous display frontage in a standard worktop-depth footprint, while the 160 kg weight ensures stability without needing permanent fixing. The neutral version is designed for ambient storage only; a refrigerated variant is available for items that require chilling.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the glass shelves and stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The chipboard casing should be kept dry and cleaned only with a lightly dampened cloth.
Two versions exist: the neutral Lumina NE and the refrigerated Lumina CH, both sharing the same external dimensions and construction.
