Pastry display cabinet without temperature control JUKA C-1-BL-130/NE

A 1300 mm counter-top display that holds food at the right temperature while it presents it to customers. The BELLISSIMA NE range offers three operating modes: refrigerated, hot or neutral. Each version uses forced air circulation to keep the interior climate steady, whether chilling pastries, keeping pies warm or simply showcasing plated dishes without altering their temperature.

The refrigerated model circulates cool air from a concealed evaporator, drawing heat out of the cabinet and expelling it at the rear. The hot version reverses the process, using a heating element to push warm air across the shelves. The neutral model relies on the same fan but without active heating or cooling, so ambient temperature is maintained while still allowing air to move and prevent condensation.

Loading is done through sliding double-glazed rear doors that open quietly and stay within the footprint of the unit. The operator places trays or plates on the non-adjustable glass shelves, which are lit from above by LED strips to highlight the food. A second strip illuminates the bottom front edge, drawing attention to the display from across the room. The doors then close to seal the climate, and the temperature is set via a control panel mounted out of sight.

The cabinet is built on a wooden frame clad in powder-coated steel, available in golden, silver or black finishes. Single-glazed front and side panels keep the interior visible from all angles while the rear doors remain the only moving parts. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon chosen for its low environmental impact.

Controls are minimal: a thermostat sets the target temperature within the stated range, and the forced-air system maintains it automatically. The LED lighting operates whenever the unit is powered, so no separate switch is needed.

At 1340 mm wide, 892 mm deep and 1490 mm high, the showcase occupies a standard worktop footprint and can be positioned against a wall or island. Its 200 kg weight means it is moved on a trolley or pallet jack rather than lifted by hand, and once in place it remains stable without additional anchoring.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the powder-coated steel exterior wipes clean with a damp cloth, the glass panels are washed with standard glass cleaner, and the wooden casing is dusted or polished as needed. The shelves and interior surfaces are reached through the rear doors, so no disassembly is required.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled display, hot (GR) for heated holding, and neutral (NE) for ambient presentation. The LED lighting is standard on the refrigerated and neutral models but omitted from the hot version to avoid unnecessary heat build-up.
