A sealing ring designed to maintain pressure and prevent leaks in professional coffee machines. The gasket sits between metal surfaces, compressing slightly under load to create a tight, heat-resistant barrier. Viton material resists oils, high temperatures and cleaning chemicals, so the seal stays flexible and intact through repeated brewing cycles.

The operator removes the old gasket, cleans the groove and presses the new ring into place. Once seated, the machine reassembles and the seal is tested under operating pressure. No tools are needed beyond a scraper to remove residue.

Construction is a continuous ring of black Viton, 2.0 mm thick with an internal diameter of 5.8 mm. The material is chosen for its long-term resilience in hot, oily environments typical of espresso equipment.

This gasket fits Expobar and Fracino coffee machines, ensuring compatibility with established professional models.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the ring with a damp cloth before installation; no solvents are required. The Viton surface does not absorb coffee oils, so residue does not build up between replacements.
