A brass nozzle with a 1.05 mm orifice meters the flow of liquefied petroleum gas into the burner of a professional stove. The small opening converts the pressurised gas into a fine, steady stream that mixes with air before ignition. This controlled flow produces a stable, even flame without flicker or sooting, giving predictable heat output for cooking and grilling.
The nozzle threads directly into the gas valve or injector block of the stove. Once fitted, the operator opens the gas supply and lights the burner; the nozzle remains in place during every use, regulating the volume of gas without further adjustment.
Made of brass for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability, the nozzle is a single-piece component with no moving parts. Its only maintenance is occasional cleaning to remove carbon or grease that may clog the orifice, ensuring the original flow rate is preserved.
This nozzle is a spare part sized for LPG stoves in the Stalgast range.
