Electronic control panel;Temperature, power and cooking mode are adjustable; The working surface is glass-ceramic; One burner for dishes with a diameter of 140 mm; You can use steel, enameled, cast iron cookware and with a ferromagnetic bottom; Output power, from 0.8 kW to 3.5 kW.
An induction cooker generates heat directly in the base of ferromagnetic cookware using an electromagnetic field. Beneath the smooth glass surface, a copper coil carries high-frequency current, creating a magnetic field that induces eddy currents in the pan's bottom. These currents heat the pan and its contents without warming the cooktop itself, so the hob stays cool to the touch immediately after use and energy is not wasted heating the air around it.
To start cooking, place a pan with a ferromagnetic base on the marked zone. The cooker detects the pan and powers the coil; removing the pan automatically cuts the current, so no heat is produced when the zone is empty. The operator sets the power level and the cooker maintains it precisely, allowing rapid boiling, gentle simmering or controlled frying without hot spots. Because the pan is the only part that heats, the kitchen stays cooler and less ventilation is needed.
The FORCAR Easy Line 3.5 kW unit is built on a stainless-steel chassis with a ceramic-glass cooking surface. Its controls are mounted on the front edge: a power selector that adjusts the electromagnetic output and a power indicator that confirms the unit is live.
A 3.5 kW rating means the cooker draws a substantial load and should be connected to a dedicated circuit capable of supplying the required current without tripping. The 220 V voltage matches the standard single-phase supply found in most professional kitchens. The footprint of 340 mm by 440 mm fits neatly on a worktop or counter, while the 120 mm height allows it to slide under standard overhead shelves when not in use.
Cleaning is straightforward: the flat ceramic surface can be wiped with a damp cloth once it has cooled, and the stainless-steel frame resists stains and corrosion. No burners or grates need scrubbing, and because the hob itself does not get hot, spills do not bake on.
The PFD35N is part of the Easy Line series of induction appliances designed for cafés, snack bars and catering kitchens where speed and energy efficiency are priorities.
