A mobile bar unit organises drink service without fixed counters. The roll-up band forms a front screen that lowers to close the bar and rises to open it, protecting bottles and equipment while the bar is unattended and revealing them when service begins.

The band moves on a spring-loaded roller housed inside the top of the unit. When the operator pulls the band down, the spring winds it back up automatically once released, keeping the workspace tidy and the contents secure between shifts.

To use the bar, the operator positions it where service is needed, unrolls the band to the desired height and secures it at the base. Bottles, glassware and bar tools are loaded onto the worktop and shelves behind the band. When service ends, the band is released and rolls up, covering the contents and locking the unit if a lock is fitted.

The unit stands 1000 mm high, placing the worktop at a comfortable serving height for standing staff. The height also allows the bar to fit beneath standard worktop extractor hoods or in spaces where ceiling clearance is limited.

Cleaning follows the materials used: the roll-up band wipes with a damp cloth to remove spills and fingerprints, while the frame and worktop surfaces are cleaned with standard kitchen sanitiser to maintain hygiene between services.

The ACF-5190DB is supplied with a blue roll-up band as standard.
