Temperature range +4 / +10 °C
An impulse cooler draws heat out of food by circulating chilled air at a steady low temperature, slowing bacterial growth without freezing. The MINI VARNA 110 uses this principle to hold prepared dishes, desserts or buffet items just above freezing, keeping them fresh for service without drying or ice crystals.
The operator loads trays or containers onto the five adjustable shelves, closes the door and sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C. Vertical side lighting and top lighting switch on automatically, illuminating every shelf so items are clearly visible. The cooler maintains the set temperature continuously, cycling the R290 refrigerant to remove heat from the interior.
The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel, with an exterior of the same finish and a mirror-steel interior that reflects light and simplifies cleaning. Shelves adjust in height to accommodate different container sizes, and the 1.9 m² useful surface provides space for multiple trays at once.
Controls are minimal: a thermostat sets the temperature within the +4 °C to +10 °C range. The unit's 210 kg weight and 1100 mm width mean it stands on the worktop or floor without shifting, while the 2000 mm height allows full use of the vertical space in a professional kitchen.
Cleaning follows from the materials: the mirror-steel interior wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the powder-coated exterior resists moisture and stains. Shelves remove for thorough washing, and the lighting remains sealed behind the panels.
The MINI VARNA 110 is a single model; no variants are listed. It is categorised as a counter-top impulse cooler for medium-volume chilling in catering kitchens.
