An ice cream display freezer keeps product at serving consistency while presenting it through clear glass. The unit circulates cold air evenly around the pans, preventing ice crystals and maintaining a smooth texture. A fan draws air over refrigerated coils, lowering its temperature before it flows across the ice cream. The glass front and internal lighting create an inviting display without raising the temperature inside the cabinet.

The operator loads the pans into the two wells, each sized for standard gastronorm trays. The hinged front glass opens for easy access, then seals when closed to keep the cold air inside. The electronic touch-screen control sets the target temperature between -18 °C and -20 °C, and the automatic defrost cycle removes frost from the coils without manual intervention. Condensate evaporates rather than collecting in a tray, reducing maintenance.

The cabinet is built with a stainless-steel interior and double tempered glass that resists condensation. The front and side panels are finished in a standard RAL colour chosen at order. LED lighting illuminates the product while generating minimal heat. A ventilation cooling system ensures even temperatures throughout the cabinet, and the hinged glass front simplifies loading and serving.

The 2.1 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical circuit; the unit requires a 230 V single-phase supply with a 50 Hz frequency. The 550 kg weight means the freezer is moved on a pallet truck or forklift and placed on a level, load-bearing floor. The footprint of 1857 mm by 1137 mm determines the space it occupies on the shop floor, leaving room for customers to view the display.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass and stainless-steel interior with a mild detergent, and the automatic defrost and evaporation system reduces the need to empty condensate trays. The touch-screen control allows the operator to set defrost intervals and monitor the temperature without opening the cabinet.

The DENALI 1800 is supplied without gastronorm pans, allowing the user to choose the configuration of 2x9GN or 2x6GN trays. The front and side panels are available in standard RAL colours to match the shop's decor.
