An automatic defrost cycle removes frost from the evaporator coil, and the resulting water evaporates without manual intervention. Warm air flows across the front and side glass panels to prevent condensation, ensuring clear visibility of products for customers. To operate the Kentucky Cold 2GN, arrange sandwiches, pastries, or bottled drinks on the shelves. Adjust the electronic control unit to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. The unit activates automatically, circulating cold air and illuminating the interior with fluorescent lamps. The rounded front glass can be replaced easily if damaged. The defrost and condensate-evaporation cycles run without user input, while the warm-air curtain keeps the glass clear during use. Constructed from stainless steel, the case offers a hygienic and durable finish that resists corrosion and is simple to clean. The rounded front glass is held in a straightforward frame for quick replacement. Inside, fluorescent lamps provide even illumination, and the forced-air system distributes cold air across all shelves. An electronic control panel allows temperature adjustment and monitors the defrost and evaporation cycles. With a power rating of 0.47 kW, the unit connects to a standard electrical circuit. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C is suitable for ready-to-eat chilled foods such as sandwiches and pastries but not for frozen items. Weighing 80 kg, the case can be moved by two people or a small trolley. Its dimensions of 750 mm in width and 775 mm in depth allow it to fit through standard doorways and stand against a wall or counter, leaving space for customer access. The seamless inox finish lets you wipe away sticky syrup or melted chocolate in seconds without scrubbing or leaving streaks behind. Glass panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. Keep the electronic control unit dry and ensure air vents remain unobstructed for proper airflow. Replace fluorescent lamps as needed, and the rounded front glass can be swapped without tools if damaged.
