A countertop-mounted unit for rinsing ice cream scoops, spades and paddles under running water, removing residue without manual scrubbing.

The washer supplies a steady stream of water through a tap, flushing away sugar, cream and fruit particles that cling to utensils. A 3/8" valve regulates the flow, letting the operator adjust pressure without leaving the worktop. The water drains directly through a 3/4" outlet, preventing puddles on the counter and keeping the cleaning cycle continuous.

To use, the operator places the utensil under the tap, opens the valve to start the water, and moves the utensil back and forth until the surface is clean. The tap is then closed, the utensil removed, and the next item loaded. The compact size allows it to sit beside the ice cream dipping cabinet without crowding the work surface.

The body is sized at 220 mm wide, 120 mm deep and 90 mm high, fitting neatly on most worktops. It can also be hung on a wall when worktop space is limited, using the integrated mounting points.

Construction is a single-piece unit with a tap and valve assembly. The 3/4" drain connects to standard waste plumbing, and the 3/8" valve accepts common flexible hoses for water supply.

Cleaning involves wiping the exterior with a damp cloth and periodically flushing the tap and valve to prevent mineral build-up from hard water.
