Temperature mode +30/+80 SERVE OVER
A heated display case keeps hot food at serving temperature while presenting it under bright, even lighting. Fans circulate warm air around the chamber, preventing cold spots and maintaining a steady heat that preserves texture and flavour. Each shelf is lit from below by a fluorescent lamp, so dishes remain visible and appetising even in low ambient light. The double-insulated glass front and sides retain heat efficiently, reducing energy use while keeping the exterior cool to the touch.
To load the case, the operator slides the rear door open, places the hot dishes on the shelves, and closes the door. The electronic control panel is set to the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. Once the temperature is reached, the fans and heating elements maintain it automatically. The illuminated shelves stay on continuously, ensuring the food is always clearly displayed to customers.
The case is constructed with a stainless-steel frame and double-glazed panels. The exterior finish is available in gold, grey or stainless steel; the gold model is article 1446011. The forced-air heating system uses heating elements and fans positioned inside the chamber. The electronic controls allow precise temperature adjustment and consistent operation.
A power rating of 3.18 kW indicates the load the case places on the electrical circuit. It requires a 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply, the standard for professional kitchen equipment. The 1000 mm width provides ample shelf space for multiple dishes, while the 181 kg weight means the unit is floor-standing and must be positioned on a stable, level surface. The temperature range of 30 °C to 90 °C allows the case to hold everything from warm pastries to hot mains without drying or overcooking.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain visibility. The rear sliding door and removable shelves allow access for thorough cleaning of the interior. The fans and heating elements should be checked periodically to ensure they remain free of dust and grease.
The GEORGIA III 1000 Hot is designed for front-of-house use in cafés, delicatessens and self-service restaurants where hot food is sold directly to customers.
