Temperature mode +30/+90 SERVE OVER
A drop-in hot display case keeps prepared food warm and visible under toughened double glass. Forced air circulation moves heated air evenly around the cabinet, maintaining a steady temperature across every shelf. LED lighting illuminates the contents without adding heat, so colours stay true and customers see exactly what they are choosing.
The operator loads hot food onto the three chrome grid shelves, sets the electronic control unit to the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C, and starts the unit. Air is drawn in, warmed, and circulated continuously, while the display shows the current temperature and operating status. When service ends, the shelves are removed for cleaning and the unit is switched off.
The cabinet is built in stainless steel for hygiene and durability. Toughened double glass forms the front and sides, supported by a sturdy frame that drops into a prepared counter cut-out. An electronic control panel with a digital display sits at the front, allowing precise temperature adjustment and monitoring.
The 230 V single-phase supply matches standard UK commercial circuits, while the 3.01 kW power rating indicates the load the unit will place on the kitchen's electrical system. At 152 kg, the case is heavy enough to stay stable on a worktop but can still be moved with a trolley or two people. The footprint of 988 mm wide by 727 mm deep fits most counter spaces in fast-food outlets and forecourt shops.
Cleaning involves removing the chrome grid shelves and wiping them down, then cleaning the interior stainless steel surfaces and glass panels. The forced air system should be checked periodically to ensure the fan and vents remain free of dust and grease.
The Virginia Hot range is also available as a free-standing unit. This drop-in version is designed for seamless integration into existing counters, making it a practical choice for sites where space is limited or a built-in look is preferred.
