A heated display case keeps prepared dishes at serving temperature while presenting them through clear glass. The Kentucky Hot 4GN uses forced convection: an axial fan draws air across a heating element and circulates it evenly around the chamber. This method eliminates cold spots and maintains consistent warmth across every shelf, so each dish stays ready to serve without drying out.

A built-in water reservoir adds controlled humidity to the circulating air. The moisture prevents food from losing texture or flavour during holding, and the fan ensures the humidity is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet. The operator fills the reservoir, sets the mechanical thermostat on the rear panel to the desired temperature between +30 and +90 °C, and switches the unit on. Once the temperature stabilises, dishes are loaded onto the removable wire grid. A fluorescent bulb above the shelves illuminates the contents, making the display attractive to customers.

The case is constructed from stainless steel, including the interior and exterior surfaces. The front glass is rounded for easy cleaning and replacement. A single shelf is provided, measuring 1280 mm long, 400 mm deep and 172 mm high, giving a clear workspace for plated dishes or trays.
