Confectionery showcase HOT RAFAELLO 950 mm
+40 / +90°C
A heated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, cakes and desserts at serving temperature while presenting them through clear, illuminated glass. The unit circulates warm air behind the shelves, preventing condensation on the front glass and maintaining an even heat across every tier. This steady warmth keeps fillings soft, glazes glossy and textures consistent for hours, allowing customers to see the product exactly as it will be served. The operator loads the adjustable glass shelves from the front, sliding each item into place without disturbing the others. The temperature is set once, between +40 °C and +90 °C, and the forced-air system maintains it automatically. The LED lighting, positioned above the shelves, switches on when the unit is powered, casting an even glow that highlights colours and details. The sliding rear doors allow restocking from the back without breaking the display line at the front. The RAFAELLO GR is built on a powder-coated steel frame that supports a wooden casing for a refined finish. Double-glazed glass panels on the sides and front carry black and silver serigraphy, framing the display while reducing heat loss. The front glass is secured by a continuous string, preventing accidental opening. Shelves are made of tempered glass and can be repositioned to suit different product heights. A glass top protects the interior while keeping the display visible from above. The 950 mm width provides space for multiple tiers of pastries, while the 860 mm depth allows two rows of items on each shelf. The 1370 mm height fits beneath standard worktop extractor hoods and leaves room for signage above. At 170 kg, the unit is stable on the floor and can be moved with a pallet truck or trolley. Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The wooden casing is wiped with a slightly damp cloth, avoiding excess moisture. The LED strips bathe the pastries in steady, shadow-free light so the golden-brown crusts and glossy glazes remain vivid under the glass top even during late-night service. The forced-air system should be checked periodically to ensure unobstructed airflow. Three versions of the RAFAELLO are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled desserts, heated (GR) for warm items, and neutral (NE) for ambient display. This GR model is the heated version, designed for bakeries, cafés and patisseries that serve warm confections.
