A heated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at serving temperature without drying them out. Warm air circulates continuously behind the glass panels, driven by a quiet fan that spreads heat evenly across every shelf. The method prevents cold spots and condensation, so glazes stay glossy and fillings remain soft while the display stays clear for customers to view the selection.

The operator loads the shelves from the front, adjusting each one to the height needed for the items on show. The sliding rear doors open smoothly to restock or rearrange the interior without disturbing the front presentation. Once the showcase is switched on, the temperature control is set between +40 °C and +90 °C to suit the product—lower for chocolate work, higher for warm desserts. LED lighting above the shelves illuminates the display without adding heat, so colours and textures stay true. The front glass is secured with a discreet string to prevent accidental opening while allowing quick access when needed.

Double-glazed side and front panels feature serigraphy in black and silver, reducing reflections and framing the contents. The glass top provides an unobstructed view from above, while the forced-air system maintains the chosen temperature throughout the day. Shelves are made of tempered glass and can be repositioned or removed for cleaning.

Controls are minimal: a single temperature dial sets the desired warmth, and an indicator light confirms the unit is operating. The 650 mm width fits neatly on most worktops or counters, while the 120 kg weight ensures stability without anchoring. The footprint of 650 mm by 860 mm allows placement against a wall or as a freestanding unit in a retail or café setting.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, taking care not to scratch the serigraphed patterns. The wooden casing should be dusted regularly and treated with a suitable polish to maintain its appearance. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the interior should be wiped down weekly to prevent build-up of sugar or grease.

This model is the hot version (GR) of the RAFAELLO range, offering a temperature range of +40 °C to +90 °C. The refrigerated (CH) and neutral (NE) versions are also available, each designed for different display needs. The showcase is designed for retail and professional catering environments where presentation and temperature control are essential.
