A hot showcase maintains food at serving temperature by circulating warm air around insulated glass compartments. The unit draws ambient air, heats it with an internal element, then forces it across the shelves to prevent cooling while keeping the display visible. This method ensures even heat distribution without drying the food, allowing customers to view and select items without opening doors that would lose heat in a busy kitchen environment.

To operate the showcase, the operator loads prepared dishes onto the non-adjustable glass shelves, closes the sliding double-glass rear doors, and sets the desired temperature between +40 and +90 °C. The forced heating system activates automatically, maintaining the set level while LED lighting illuminates the contents. The wooden casing and highlighted bottom front enhance visibility, making the display suitable for front-of-house use where presentation matters.

The showcase is constructed from powder-coated steel for durability and resistance to kitchen wear. Single front and side glasses provide clear viewing from multiple angles, while the sliding rear doors allow staff to access food without reaching across the counter. The unit comes in golden, silver or black finishes to match different kitchen aesthetics.

A temperature range of +40 to +90 °C allows the showcase to hold hot starters, main courses, desserts and beverages at safe serving temperatures. The 150 kg weight indicates a substantial unit that requires a stable floor and may need two people to move. The 940 mm width fits standard worktop depths, while the 892 mm depth and 1490 mm height provide ample display space without occupying excessive floor area.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the powder-coated steel exterior can be cleaned with non-abrasive kitchen cleaners. The wooden casing should be dusted regularly to maintain appearance. The LED lighting reduces heat output compared to traditional bulbs, minimising energy use while keeping food visible.

The BELLISSIMA GR is the hot version of the showcase, with refrigerated (CH) and neutral (NE) variants also available. Each version shares the same dimensions and construction but operates at different temperature ranges to suit various food display needs.
