Hood-Type Dishwasher OMNIWASH S60P

The OMNIWASH SMART 60P is a professional hood type dishwasher with article number S60P.

This appliance operates by drawing a hood down over racks of dishes, creating a contained space for washing and rinsing. Hot water and detergent are sprayed under pressure to remove food soil. A subsequent rinse cycle uses hotter water to sanitise the dishes and aid drying. The hood design allows for a rapid cycle and containment of steam and heat.

To operate, soiled dishes are placed in a 500x500 mm basket and positioned within the machine. The hood is then lowered, initiating the wash cycle. The washing process occurs at 55 °C. Following the wash, the hood is lifted, the basket may be repositioned, and the hood is lowered again for the rinse cycle, which takes place at 82 °C. Standard wash cycle durations are 60 or 120 seconds.
