The glass stays transparent, letting customers see the food while shielding it from airborne particles and accidental contact. A low-voltage element embedded in the glass panel radiates gentle heat across the entire surface, balancing warmth against energy use so the display remains safe to touch and easy to clean.

The operator positions the glass panel above the worktop or counter, ensuring it is level and secure. Once connected to a 230 V supply, the element begins to warm the glass. The heat is even and controlled, preventing fogging without drying the food beneath. No settings are adjusted during use; the glass maintains its temperature automatically as long as power is supplied.
