This heating display maintains plated dishes at serving temperature using gentle radiant heat from a low-wattage element beneath the shelf. The curved glass front and top protect food from draughts while allowing clear visibility. Radiant heat helps retain moisture, keeping sauces and meats succulent during service.

Plated dishes rest directly on the shelf. The unit operates continuously once switched on, eliminating the need for cycling. The curved glass front slides open for loading and unloading, then closes to retain heat. A single control knob on the front panel adjusts the temperature.

Designed as a freestanding countertop module, the unit features a stainless steel outer casing and shelf for easy cleaning. Tempered curved glass panels ensure safety. With dimensions of 790 mm by 455 mm, it fits most worktops, and its 450 mm height positions dishes at customer eye level.
