GN polycarbonate container ARAVEN AR94015

This GN 1/6 food container is designed for storing prepared ingredients, sauces, or plated components. Its standardised gastronorm footprint allows six units to fit across a full-size GN 1/1 tray, optimising space on racks, trolleys, or work surfaces.

Constructed from polycarbonate, the container is rigid and transparent. It handles repeated thermal shocks from blast chillers and combi ovens, resists odours and stains, and can be stacked whether hot or cold. This versatility means it can be used from preparation through to service and storage without needing to transfer contents.

Fill the container to the marked 1 litre line, cover with a suitable lid or film, and place on a compatible rack or trolley. The 65 mm height ensures stability during movement, helping to prevent spills in busy kitchen environments.

The container is made from a single moulding of polycarbonate, which combines clarity, strength, and thermal resistance. The seamless design eliminates areas where food particles could collect.

For cleaning, polycarbonate is compatible with commercial dishwashers and sanitisers. After washing, stack the containers upside down to allow drainage and air-drying.
