Stainless steel professional gas stove with four burners and electric oven
A gas stove with an integrated electric convection oven combines direct flame cooking on the hob with even, fan-assisted baking below. The burners heat pots and pans instantly, while the oven circulates hot air around the cavity, eliminating cold spots and speeding up roasting and baking. This dual system lets a kitchen run both methods at once, keeping service flexible and throughput high.
On the hob, four cast-iron burners fire up to full power for rapid boiling or searing, then drop to a third of their output for gentle simmering. A pilot flame stays lit to re-ignite the burners instantly, and a flame safety device cuts the gas if the flame goes out. The oven cavity holds three adjustable rails, each sized for a GN1/1 gastronorm tray, so trays slide in and out without tipping. Humidity control inside the oven keeps roasts moist and prevents drying, while a fan spreads the heat evenly across every shelf.
To use the stove, the operator turns the ergonomic knobs to light the burners and set the flame level. The oven is switched on separately, with controls for temperature, fan speed and humidity. A work light illuminates the hob, and a power light shows when the oven is running. The appliance protection system can be activated from the control panel to lock settings during busy service. Once cooking is complete, the removable bowl under the burners catches spills and can be washed in a dishwasher.
The stove is built with a laser-engraved stainless-steel front panel and cast-iron grids that support heavy pots. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and the 800 mm width fits standard worktop depths. The 14.0 kW gas input and 6.5 kW electric oven load require a 400 V three-phase supply, which is typical for professional catering equipment. The 850 mm height allows clearance for oven trays, while the 700 mm depth leaves space for rear ventilation.
Cleaning involves removing the dishwasher-safe bowl, wiping the cast-iron grids and front panel, and brushing out the oven cavity. The humidity control feature reduces baked-on residue, making the oven easier to maintain between deep cleans.
The oven cavity measures 660x445x285 mm, sized specifically for GN1/1 trays, and the three rail levels allow multiple dishes to cook at once.
