Stainless steel professional gas stove with four burners and gas oven
A gas stove that combines a powerful hob and a static oven in one floor-standing unit, designed for continuous service in professional kitchens. The hob heats by burning gas directly beneath the pan, transferring energy through the flame and the cast-iron grid. This method gives immediate response to the knob and allows fine control of the cooking temperature. The static oven encloses the food in still, hot air, creating an even bake without forced circulation. A humidity control feature lets the operator introduce or retain moisture, keeping roasts succulent and pastries crisp. The hob carries four burners: one single-crown 3.5 kW, two single-crown 5 kW and one double-crown 7 kW. Each burner can be reduced to a third of its full power for simmering or holding. A pilot flame remains lit at all times, ready to ignite the main burner instantly. A flame safety device cuts the gas supply if the flame goes out, preventing unburned gas from escaping. The oven compartment is lit by an internal lamp and has three adjustable rails to hold trays at different heights. The glass door allows the chef to monitor progress without opening the oven and losing heat. Operation begins by setting the adjustable feet to level the stove on the kitchen floor. The pilot flame is lit once, and thereafter each burner is started by turning its knob to the desired power level. The oven is preheated by setting the temperature with its own knob and waiting for the lamp to indicate readiness. Trays are loaded onto the rails, and the humidity control is adjusted if needed. After cooking, the hob grates and the removable drip bowl can be taken out and washed in a dishwasher. The stove is constructed with a laser-engraved stainless-steel front panel that carries the knobs and indicator lights. Cast-iron grids support the pans, and the oven interior is lined with enamel-coated steel. The glass door is double-glazed for safety and heat retention. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and the appliance protection system can be activated via the control panel to lock settings during cleaning. The power rating of 20.5 kW for the hob and 6 kW for the oven indicates the maximum gas consumption when all burners and the oven are running at full capacity. This load requires a dedicated gas supply line and adequate ventilation in the kitchen. The footprint of 800 mm wide by 700 mm deep fits standard worktop runs, while the 850 mm height allows the chef to work comfortably at the hob and reach the oven controls without bending. The oven cavity measures 660 mm by 545 mm by 285 mm, accommodating standard gastronorm trays in size GN2/1. Cleaning involves removing the cast-iron grids and the drip bowl for dishwasher washing. The oven interior is wiped down after each use to prevent baked-on residue, and the glass door is cleaned with a non-abrasive cloth. The laser-engraved panel and knobs are wiped with a damp cloth to remove grease and fingerprints. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure the stove remains level. The stove is supplied for either natural gas or propane/butane; the correct type must be specified when ordering. This stove is built as a single, robust configuration to eliminate setup guesswork in a busy kitchen.
