User Manual

This gas bakery oven from FM Industrial, model STB 606 M GAS, offers manual control and fire regulation. It is equipped with a turning reverser, a door microphone, and a safety thermostat. A 3/4” water connection is included, alongside an end-of-cycle alarm and an internal LED lamp. The oven accommodates GN 1/1 trays and allows humidity adjustment from 0 to 100%. Its timer functions from 0-120 minutes or continuously. A PREMIX gas burner and a temperature regulator, adjustable from 0 to 250 °C, are fitted. The oven's gas power is 14 kW, with an electric power consumption of 0.65 kW. It supports 6 trays of size 600x400 mm. The external dimensions are 880 mm in length, 985 mm in width, and 850 mm in height. The unit weighs 128 kg and requires a 230 V electrical supply.
