Description

The ROCAM ARTEMIDE F/1 is a flambé trolley designed for professional use. This unit operates using a single gas burner, facilitating the flambé cooking technique.

The trolley is constructed from solid wood, providing a sturdy base. It features a countertop made from AISI 304 stainless steel, a material known for its hygienic properties and resistance to corrosion. For added utility, the trolley includes a service drawer for convenient storage of utensils or ingredients, and a dedicated compartment for a gas bottle.

Mobility is provided by two castors, each fitted with a brake to secure the trolley in place during operation. The trolley is designed to work with either a butane or propane gas tank.
