To use the system, the operator fits the housing to the wall or worktop, screws the head onto the housing, and inserts the filter cartridge. The water supply is then turned on, allowing filtered water to pass through the cartridge and into the connected appliance. The cartridge is replaced when the specified capacity of 3680 litres is reached, ensuring consistent filtration performance.

The housing and head are constructed to withstand the conditions of a professional kitchen. The unit measures 249 mm in diameter and 408 mm in height, making it compact enough for installation near the oven or within a cupboard.
