This electric hob is an excellent solution when a reliable, durable, and easy-to-clean appliance is needed for intensive daily use in restaurants, cafés, or canteens.
4 cooking zones with a diameter of 300 mm and a power of 4,0 kW.
An electric hob with integrated neutral cabinet provides a compact cooking station and storage space in one unit. The hob heats by passing electric current through resistance elements beneath each cast iron plate. The iron distributes the heat evenly across its surface, eliminating hot spots and allowing consistent cooking results. A built-in thermostat on each plate monitors the temperature and cuts the power if the plate becomes too hot, preventing damage to the element and the food above it. The operator places pots or pans on the 300 mm square plates, then sets the desired heat level using the 7-position switch. A warning light on the control panel shows when the plate is heating. The four plates can be used simultaneously or independently, letting the kitchen run multiple dishes at once. The recessed worktop collects spills and liquids, keeping the cooking area tidy and reducing the risk of slips. The entire unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The 2 mm thick worktop supports heavy pots without flexing, while the cabinet below offers enclosed storage for utensils or ingredients. Handles and control knobs are made from heat-resistant material with cool-touch technology, so they remain safe to grip even when the plates are hot. Each 4 kW plate draws power from a 400 V three-phase supply, typical of professional kitchens where high output and balanced loads are essential. The 800 mm width fits standard worktop runs, while the 900 mm depth allows space for pots and pans without overhang. The 850 mm height matches most kitchen counters, ensuring a comfortable working position for staff. The Scotch Brite finish on the stainless steel worktop deflects fingerprints and grease splatters, so the hob stays looking clean between deep services without scrubbing. The recessed worktop can be rinsed out and left to dry. The cast iron plates should be cleaned after each service to remove food debris and prevent carbon build-up, which can affect heat transfer. The control knobs and switches require no special maintenance beyond regular wiping. The LADYQ 900 LQ/CQE4BA is a single model with no variants. It is categorised under electric hobs with integrated storage in the CASTA professional range.
