The Casselin CPASLRL is an electric griddle with both smooth and grooved cooking surfaces, designed for professional kitchens to suit various cooking needs.

This griddle operates by heating elements beneath a solid steel plate, transferring heat for high-temperature cooking. The smooth surface is suitable for delicate foods, while the grooved surface creates grill marks and drains fat.

To operate, connect the griddle to the electrical supply. Use the adjustable thermostats, which range from 140 °C to 300 °C, to set the desired cooking temperatures for each zone. Once the plates are heated, place food directly onto them. An integrated grease drip tray collects excess fat and residue for easier cleaning and a cleaner cooking area. Two safety thermostats are included to prevent overheating.

The griddle is constructed with a stainless steel body and a solid steel plate. Its dimensions are 615 mm (length) x 710 mm (width) x 333 mm (height), and it weighs 70 kg. The smooth griddle plate measures 305 x 510 mm, and the grooved plate also measures 305 x 510 mm. It requires a 230 V electrical supply and has a power rating of 6 kW.

Cleaning involves emptying and cleaning the grease drip tray. The steel plates can be wiped down after use when sufficiently cooled.
