Electric griddle Casselin CPASC30C

The Casselin CPAS30B is a smooth electric griddle.

Griddles cook food on a heated flat metal plate. An electric element heats the plate, and food is placed directly on the hot surface for cooking.

To use, preheat the griddle plate. Place food onto the smooth chrome surface once the desired temperature is reached. Cooking times vary by food type. A grease drip tray collects rendered fats and debris.

It is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304. The griddle has a smooth chrome plate measuring 320 x 480 mm and is 10 mm thick.

An adjustable thermostat allows temperature settings from 50 °C to 300 °C.

Its power rating is 3 kW and it requires 230 V. The unit's dimensions are 330 mm long, 540 mm wide, and 220 mm high. It weighs 23.7 kg.
