Professional electric fryer - maximum capacity up to 15L
An electric fryer heats a vat of oil to a controlled temperature, allowing food to cook quickly and evenly while developing a crisp exterior. The heating element sits below the oil, transferring energy directly into the liquid. A thermostat cycles the element on and off to hold the set temperature, preventing scorching and ensuring consistent results across batches. The cold zone beneath the element collects food particles that sink, keeping them away from the heat source so they do not burn and taint the oil. This system extends oil life and reduces cleaning frequency, both critical in a busy kitchen.
To operate the fryer, fill the vat with oil to the marked level, then plug the unit into a 400 V three-phase supply. Turn the ergonomic knob to set the temperature up to 190 °C. A power light confirms the unit is live, while a work light illuminates the vat. Once the oil reaches the set temperature, lower the basket—measuring 210 x 350 x 110 mm—into the oil. The appliance protection system monitors the heater; if the element is removed, power cuts automatically to prevent accidents. After frying, lift the basket and allow excess oil to drain back into the vat. The movable heating elements swing out for cleaning, and a safe oil-release mechanism lets you empty the vat without spills.
The fryer is built with a laser-engraved stainless-steel front panel that resists wear and makes settings easy to read. Adjustable feet allow levelling on uneven floors, and the unit can be installed on an open skeletal frame or a base with a door for storage. A 15 litre oil capacity suits medium-volume frying, while the 400 x 700 mm footprint fits standard worktops or worktops. The 400 V three-phase supply matches the electrical infrastructure of most commercial kitchens, avoiding the need for a dedicated single-phase circuit. The 15 kW power rating indicates the load on the supply, so the circuit must be rated accordingly to prevent tripping.
Cleaning involves swinging the heating elements out of the vat, then wiping down the interior and the cold zone. The safe oil-release valve simplifies emptying, and the stainless-steel surfaces can be sanitised without damage. The basket and any removable parts are washed separately. The appliance protection system also guards against overheating during cleaning, as power cuts if the heater is not correctly reinstalled.
The fryer is supplied with a single basket and adjustable feet, ready for installation on a frame or base.
