Electric convection oven FM industrial STF 32 BLACK

A high speed oven that layers microwave energy with forced convection and impingement jets to cook food in a fraction of the time a conventional oven requires. Microwaves penetrate the food to heat it from within, while hot air and high-velocity jets blast the surface, sealing in moisture and creating a crisp finish. The three technologies run simultaneously or in any combination, so the same oven can bake, roast, grill, steam or reheat without changing the appliance or the tray.

The operator slides a single 400 × 400 mm tray into the chamber, selects a stored recipe or sets time, temperature and power levels manually on the touch panel. The oven starts immediately; no pre-heating is needed. A cyclonic cooling system keeps the exterior cool to the touch while the interior reaches 275 °C. When the cycle ends, the door unlocks and the tray can be removed without waiting for the chamber to cool.

The exterior is sheet steel finished in black enamel. Inside, the chamber walls are stainless steel with an integrated catalytic converter that breaks down grease and smoke, reducing the need for manual cleaning. A high-resolution touch panel on the front controls every function, from selecting one of 300 programmable recipes to downloading HACCP data via the USB port.

The 7 kW total power rating means the oven requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit. Its 525 × 740 mm footprint fits on most worktops or can be shelf-mounted, while the 92 kg weight calls for two people or a trolley to move it into position.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel chamber and emptying the grease tray that collects residues from the catalytic converter. The touch panel can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
