Ultra-fast cooking microwave oven with 5” touch screen and capacity for 40x40cm tray
- : FM industrial
- Article number: STF 32
A high speed oven that layers convection, microwave and impingement heat to cook food in a fraction of the time a conventional oven would take. The convection element circulates hot air around the cavity, browning and crisping the surface, while the microwave energy penetrates the food to heat it from within. Impingement jets direct concentrated blasts of hot air onto the tray, further accelerating the transfer of heat. The three methods work in parallel, so the oven reaches the target temperature quickly and holds it evenly across the entire 400 by 400 mm tray.
The operator loads a single tray of food, selects a stored recipe or sets time and temperature manually on the high-resolution touch panel, and starts the cycle. The oven brings the cavity to the programmed temperature, activates the microwave and impingement jets, and maintains the conditions until the timer ends. A cyclonic cooling system keeps the exterior surfaces at a safe temperature throughout the cycle, while an integrated catalytic converter breaks down cooking fumes before they escape. When the cycle finishes, the oven switches to standby and the tray can be removed.
The STF 32 is built on a stainless-steel chassis and lined with a seamless cavity that resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. The touch panel displays the current programme, elapsed time and core temperature, and allows the operator to adjust settings mid-cycle if needed. A USB port exports HACCP data for record-keeping, and the internal memory can store up to 300 recipes, so kitchen staff can recall a proven setting with a single touch.
The 7 kW total power rating means the oven requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for heavy-duty catering equipment. The 92 kg weight and 525 by 740 mm footprint place it on a sturdy worktop or a mobile stand, leaving enough clearance above and behind for ventilation. The 275 °C maximum temperature opens processes from baking and roasting to rapid reheating, while the 400x400 mm tray size matches standard gastronorm containers for seamless integration into a professional kitchen workflow.
Cleaning follows from the construction: the seamless cavity wipes clean with a damp cloth, the catalytic converter reduces the need for external extraction, and the touch panel can be locked to prevent accidental changes during wipe-down. The cyclonic cooling system draws air through a washable filter, which should be rinsed weekly to maintain airflow and efficiency.
