Electric convection oven FM industrial STF 22

The FM industrial STF 22 is an electric high speed oven. This appliance uses a combined cooking system integrating convection, microwave, and impingement technologies. Convection cooking circulates hot air for even heat distribution. Microwave energy heats food rapidly from within. Impingement cooking uses high-velocity hot air jets for quick browning and crisping.

Operation involves selecting a cooking programme via the high resolution touch panel. The oven features a recipe book capable of storing up to 300 recipes for repeatable cooking. For data management, it can download HACCP data and includes a USB port for transferring programmes or data.

The oven is equipped with a cyclonic cooling system to rapidly reduce internal temperature after cooking. An integrated catalytic converter helps manage emissions. The internal capacity accommodates one tray measuring 300x300 mm.
