A stainless steel worktable built for two simultaneous washing stations in a professional kitchen. The unit combines a solid work surface with two deep sink chambers, allowing staff to rinse, wash and sanitise utensils, crockery or produce without cross-contamination or queueing.

The table stands on adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of spills. A protective equipotential pin bonds the frame to the kitchen's earth system, preventing static build-up and reducing the risk of electric shock when nearby appliances are in use.

Assembly is straightforward: the table arrives in flat-pack form with all necessary tools included. The main body unfolds to create a rigid frame, then the stainless steel panels are secured to form the worktop, sink chambers and undershelf. Once assembled, the unit provides a continuous work surface of 1200 mm by 700 mm, with two square sink basins each 500 mm across and 250 mm deep. The undershelf offers additional storage or drying space for clean items.

Operation is simple: each sink is filled with water from the tap, detergent added as needed, and items washed by hand. The deep basins accommodate large pots and trays, while the generous worktop area allows items to be stacked before and after washing. When the task is complete, the sinks are emptied via the waste outlets and the entire surface wiped down with a cloth.

The construction is entirely stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and repeated cleaning with commercial sanitisers. The material also reflects light, helping to keep the work area bright. All edges are rolled or welded to eliminate sharp corners, reducing the risk of cuts and making the unit easier to clean.

Cleaning follows directly from the materials and design: the stainless steel surfaces are wiped with warm water and detergent, then rinsed and dried to prevent water spots. The waste outlets are cleared of debris, and the adjustable feet checked periodically to ensure the table remains level and stable.

The table is supplied in a single variant, delivered in compact cardboard packaging that simplifies handling and storage before assembly.
