A stainless steel storage rack provides fixed, level surfaces for organising ingredients, utensils and prepared dishes in a professional kitchen. Solid shelves distribute weight evenly across their full area, preventing sagging under heavy loads such as bulk containers or stacked trays. The open construction allows air to circulate freely, reducing condensation and keeping stored items dry and visible from all sides.

The rack is assembled on site using the included tools. Shelves are positioned at the required heights before the frame is locked into place, allowing the unit to adapt to the height of stored items. Once assembled, the rack stands against a wall or between worktops, taking up minimal floor space while maximising vertical storage.

Each shelf measures 800 mm across and 400 mm from front to back, providing a stable platform for standard gastronorm trays, ingredient bins or stacked boxes. The overall height of 1800 mm allows the rack to fit beneath most kitchen ceilings while still offering multiple shelf positions. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from moisture and cleaning chemicals, and the smooth surface is easy to wipe down after use.

The unit is delivered flat-packed in cardboard for protection during transport. A protective equipotential pin is fitted to the frame, allowing the rack to be safely bonded to the kitchen's earth system, preventing static build-up and reducing the risk of electrical faults.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves are removed if necessary, wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dried before reassembly. The solid surface collects no debris, and the open sides allow access for cleaning the floor beneath the rack.
