A stainless steel central table provides a solid, hygienic work surface in the middle of a professional kitchen. Unlike wall-mounted benches, it stands free, allowing staff to work on all sides without obstruction. The flat top forms a continuous plane for food preparation, plating or holding equipment, while the open space beneath leaves room for mobile racks or waste bins to be rolled in and out as needed.

The table is built as a single rigid frame of welded stainless steel. Four vertical legs rise from adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors; the feet also isolate the frame from the floor to prevent corrosion. A protective equipotential pin connects the frame to the kitchen's earth system, ensuring any stray current is safely discharged rather than building up on the metal surface.

Assembly is carried out on site with the tools supplied. The table arrives in flat-pack cardboard, reducing transport volume. Once assembled, the 1200 mm length gives a generous run of uninterrupted worktop, while the 700 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach. The 850 mm height matches standard worktop levels, aligning with adjacent equipment and cupboards so trays and utensils slide across without tilting.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel top and frame are wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the open underside allows access for mopping. The adjustable feet can be raised to lift the frame off the floor for thorough cleaning beneath, then lowered again to restore stability.
